In 2012 with a 2 year old & 8 week old baby in tow I founded Mums on a Mission.
I built the community based on what I wish I had access to while bored and lonely living in Brisbane with my fiancé & 1 year old.
Mums on a Mission took on a life of it’s own helping over 1000 Perth Mums. We became a life line for Mums through support, inspiration & fitness, helping each other to get through the highs & lows of Motherhood.
My coaching style focuses on leading from the front. We all know the basics of what to do but it's only those who implement the program who reach their goals, I help Mums to do just this.
I’ve achieved a few of my own goals along the way, since 2012 I went on to have another child, run the NYC Marathon in support of the Ronald McDonald House Charity, cycled to Kalbarri, ran 100kms overnight for a friends birthday celebration & ticked the Busselton Ironman off my bucket list last year.

Having seen too many Mums completely lost, stuck and quitting on themselves while resentful towards their families during what should be one of the best periods of their lives, I know there must be change.

I see you, this is why I created MOAM. The kids will go through different ages and phases that's why all our sessions are child-friendly and adaptable. When my kids were babies I'd arrive early to feed and burp them before rocking them to sleep in the pram prior to the session starting. As they got older they'd play on a picnic rug & once they outgrew that they were happy with a scooter, ball or the playground. We're always close to the kids, you can jump out to attend to them at anytime & our trainers will rock prams when needed. It's not a matter of does it work, it comes down to whether you're willing to make it work.
For the same reason you'd pay $80-$150 for 1 Personal Training session, because you want results not just access to equipment..
Having worked in gyms for over 6 years before MOAM I can tell that the majority of gym members never reach their goals. Gyms work if you're self disciplined and know how to plan out your workouts, essentially you're paying for equipment which you may or may not use. When you join MOAM we get to know you, your goals, any limitations you have and we train you based on your needs.
1 week gym membership = $12 (unsupported)
3 weekly PT sessions = $360 (or more)
1 week unlimited group PT sessions at MOAM = starting at $51 weekly (fully supported & guided)
We're your motivation therefore we don't cancel sessions, if it's raining bring wet weather gear for the kids and enjoy the liberation of training in the rain. It always looks worse from inside looking out, once you're out there training you'll likely welcome the refreshment of the rain & the kids will love playing in the rain while building resilience. My babies were kept warm and dry with a rain cover over their pram & my toddlers/kids loved jumping in puddles so just make sure you bring a towel & change of clothes. On the odd occasion that there's a storm we'll move the session online via zoom so you can join us from the comfort of your living room.
We all did. We all have our own struggles and journey, but trust me when I say "no one understands you as we do". Getting started is the hardest part, but once you do you will start feeling better on day one.
As long as you are safe to work out we will be here to help. What makes us different is we are not bootcamp or a group program. We are coaches who work with each person individually on their specific needs. Each week we will help you to get closer to your goals. Each week we keep an eye on you and what you need. We will be here every step of the way and every woman in the program has also had kids, so you are among women who understand you and will support you like they have been supported.
